GET STARTED

GET STARTED
Anyone can start CrossFit! The workouts can be scaled to suit the individual so any person starting at any ability level is capable of participating in the class. To get started you first need to learn a set of movements, know as the CrossFit Basics. This will teach exercises and movements within CrossFit, setting you up for to participate in group classes/WOD’s. To ensure full understanding and safety, everybody will need to complete the basics course unless you have done CrossFit before. In that case a short assessment will be carried out on you to ensure you know all the movements. Contact us below to get started.
